Talentbar is currently in early access. We may change features, eligibility, or availability at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
Your account
You must provide accurate information. Recruiters must pass our vetting process before seeing client briefs. We may suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent their experience or breach these terms.
Marketplace conduct
Companies choose which recruiters to engage. Recruiters must respect confidentiality of briefs and candidate data. Both sides agree to use the platform in good faith and not circumvent it.
Limitation of liability
Talentbar provides matching and evidence tools. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, recruiter performance, or disputes between users. Use the platform at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
